Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 16th, 2025

By booking an appointment with WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer," "client," or "you") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided by us, whether scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

1. Booking & Payment

  • We may collect a deposit for larger detailing jobs at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of all services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Credit Card, and Debit Card.

  • Online booking and payment may be processed through third-party platforms, including Urable and Square.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Rework Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied due to an error made by our technicians, you must notify us within 24 hours of job completion and provide clear photo or video proof.

  • If verified, we will schedule a rework at no additional charge to correct the issue.

4. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage prior to service.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Faded or damaged trim

    • Deteriorated or aging paint

    • Wrapped or repainted surfaces

    • Aftermarket modifications that may react adversely to detailing chemicals or procedures

By booking service, you acknowledge the inherent risk of detailing older vehicles, non-OEM components, or modified finishes.

5. Weather & Accessibility

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to:

    • Unsafe weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow, extreme heat)

    • Inaccessible vehicles (e.g., parked in unsafe or illegal areas, locked, or not on premises)

    • Lack of adequate space or lighting for safe and proper service

6. Photography & Marketing Use

  • Our technicians take before and after photos for quality control, liability protection, and marketing.

  • By using our services, you grant us permission to use these photos on our:

    • Website

    • Social media platforms

    • Advertising materials

Your personal identifying details (e.g., license plates, home addresses) will be blurred or excluded as appropriate.

7. Third-Party Tools & Data

  • We use trusted platforms such as Urable (for scheduling and client communication) and Square (for secure credit card payments).

  • Your data is handled according to the privacy policies of those respective services, which we recommend reviewing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC is not responsible for:

    • Items left inside the vehicle

    • Paint or trim failure on aged or previously repaired vehicles

    • Issues caused by improper maintenance prior to service

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • The vehicle presents a health or safety risk

  • A customer behaves in a hostile, disrespectful, or unsafe manner toward our staff

  • The service environment is deemed unsafe or unworkable

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.
