Service Agreement

Effective Date: July 16th, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the customer (“Client” or “You”) and WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Company”). By scheduling, booking, or signing for any service (online, by phone, or in person), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Work

We will provide vehicle detailing services as scheduled and discussed with the client. The exact nature of the services (e.g., interior detail, exterior wash, ceramic coating, paint enhancement, etc.) will be detailed in your quote or invoice.

Time estimates are flexible. While we provide a general expectation, the job may take more or less time than anticipated. You agree to allow our technicians uninterrupted access to the vehicle for the duration of the estimated time.

2. Access Requirements

The client is not required to be present during the service, but the vehicle must be unlocked with keys readily accessible in a safe and agreed-upon location. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation, a delay fee, or rescheduling.

3. Pricing and Estimates

  • All pricing is subject to change upon arrival based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Excessive pet hair

    • Sand, mud, or trash buildup

    • Stains, odors, or contamination

    • Travel surcharges outside our regular service area

  • Quotes are considered estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.

  • Larger jobs may require a non-refundable deposit in advance.

A digital invoice or receipt will be provided. Before and after photos can be provided upon request.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows.

  • WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service due to weather, safety concerns, or inaccessibility of the vehicle.

6. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any point, including upon arrival, if the vehicle presents:

  • Biohazards or bodily fluids

  • Rodent or insect infestation

  • Mold, mildew, or excessive pet hair

  • Unsafe working conditions

If service is refused for one of these reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Liability and Customer Responsibilities

  • The client must disclose any pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, paint protection film, vinyl wrap, or repainted surfaces.

  • We are not liable for damage to:

    • Older or deteriorated paint

    • Faded trim

    • Modified vehicles

    • Non-OEM finishes

  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that professional detailing may present risks to certain surfaces or materials, particularly if the vehicle has not been properly maintained.

8. Limitation of Liability

By scheduling or receiving services from WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC, you acknowledge and agree that WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any damages of any kind that may occur to your vehicle or personal property during or after services are performed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Paint damage

Trim or vinyl damage

Mechanical or electrical issues

Water intrusion

Pre-existing conditions made worse by cleaning

Damage to wraps, coatings, PPF, or aftermarket accessories

Interior surfaces, electronics, upholstery, or fabric

Loss or theft of personal items left in the vehicle

Incidental or consequential damages

All services are performed at the customer’s sole risk, and by using our services, you fully release WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with the detailing of your vehicle.

9. Rework Policy

If you are not satisfied due to an issue caused by our technicians, you must notify us within 24 hours of job completion and provide photo or video proof. If verified, a rework will be scheduled at no additional cost.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

10. Maintenance Plan Terms (Contract Agreement)

Clients may opt into a bi-weekly or monthly maintenance plan after completing a full-priced detail service. This resets the vehicle’s condition and qualifies it for discounted upkeep.

Minimum contract length: 3 consecutive months

  • Weekly or bi-weekly options available

  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in plan cancellation

  • Early cancellation forfeits plan pricing and may result in re-qualification requirements

11. Photo & Marketing Release

Technicians may take before and after photos for internal documentation, quality control, and marketing.
By receiving service, you grant WEST MOBILE DETAIL LLC permission to use non-identifiable photos (excluding license plates and addresses) on:

  • Our website

  • Social media platforms

  • Online advertisements

You may request exclusion at any time.

12. Agreement Acceptance

This agreement may be acknowledged by:

  • Physical or digital signature

  • Verbal confirmation

  • Submitting an online booking

  • Paying a deposit

  • Receiving service

By any of the above actions, you agree to all terms listed herein.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Westchester County, NY.
